With this in mind and following the great success of the Maxi Z two-piece implant, OsteoCare™ has added the new Maxi Z One-Piece to its already extensive product line.

As with the Maxi Z two-piece implant, the New Maxi Z One-Piece has the same buttress form threads, with the unique GBA (grit-blasted and acid etched) surface and is designed to allow for immediate loading in healed bone sites as well as in immediate post-extraction cases (fresh extraction socket).

The OsteoCare™ Universal Surgical Kit allows for placement of all its wide range of implant products, including the new Maxi Z One-Piece implant, therefore no extra set-up costs are incurred.

The OsteoCare™ Maxi Z One-Piece implant has a wide range of diameters, 3.30, 3.75, 4.50 and 5.50mm and lengths, 11, 13 15mm which caters for most anatomical situations.
